Piet Ostendorp	939ef4190e	Refactor layout and add header, navbar, schedule components ... Introduced MainLayoutComponent with header and navbar for consistent app layout. Added HeaderComponent, NavbarComponent, ScheduleComponent, and MainComponent. Updated routing to use MainLayout for main and schedule pages.
